Chat with your blog visitors directly from your blog using Google ChatBack

Its surprising how Google keeps innovating and introducing new products and features. And you can’t help but appreciate the fact that they all are very useful and helpful.

Google has recently launched a new feature called ChatBack which helps you to connect with the visitors on your blog, by allowing them to chat with you directly from your site/blog. There is no need for the visitors to download anything or sign up for an account, its fine as long as you are online with your Google Talk account, they can have a chat with you you via the ChatBack widget you install on your site.

All you have to do is go to Google’s ChatBack site, edit your badge as per your requirements

And add it to your website or blog template.

Now all your visitors need to do is click on the above link, after which a pop up window will open and then they can easily chat with you. So simple yet so effective. 

Note: You need to be logged into your Gmail account or GoogleTalk account for them to see you online.
